This weekend is the Atlantic Coast Championship in Wrightsville Beach North Carolina at Carolina Yacht Club. 94 boats have already signed up with the total likely to top 100 by race day 1. At the moment that breaks down to about 40 Standards, 46 Radials and 4 4.7s.

The Notice of Race(doc) for the 2011 Laser Atlantic Coast Championship at The Carolina Yacht Club in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina has been posted. The event will be held over the April 30-May 1 weekend.
Wrightsville Beach NC is an easy drive from all points in District 11 and this is a fantastic facility and sailing area. Let’s get a big D11 contingent at this event!

Fourteen District 11 sailors made the trip to Wrightsville Beach North Carolina for the North American Laser Masters Championship. The sailors braved big wind and waves to get in 6 races over 3 days. Mike Schmidt (MRSA) had two top 10 finishes to be the top-placing District 11 finisher.
